Lead All-Source Investigator

Job Summary

Leading the all-source targeting function for the Scam Disruption team, the full-time remote Lead All-Source Investigator will define tradecraft standards, mentor investigators, and personally handle complex investigations to disrupt fraud operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the all-source targeting function, ensuring each target package is defensible, prioritized, and actionable
• Build and scale the team's operating model, integrating legal processes and data exploitation with engineering tools
• Mentor a team of investigators, setting collection priorities and enhancing output quality while personally managing the most complex cases

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience, preferably as a senior 1811 or Intelligence Community targeting officer
• Demonstrated experience as a player-coach, leading a team of investigators and building effective workflows
• Deep expertise in legal processes and operational tradecraft for converting returns into actionable targets
• Established relationships with federal law enforcement agencies and experience in packaging intelligence for operational use
• Fluency in AI applications to enhance team productivity and workflows, with a preference for experience in crypto-related investigations
