Lead Alliances Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Alliances Consultant will develop and grow strategic partnerships with consultants and brokers in the benefits, health, and wellbeing industry, focusing on building relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with consultants, brokers, and industry influencers
• Conduct partner education sessions and product demonstrations to enhance engagement
• Identify new partnership opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales organization

Required qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of experience in healthcare benefits, employee wellbeing, or consulting
• Experience working directly with benefits consultants and brokers
• Strong understanding of consultant and broker partnership models
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships that drive business growth
• Experience presenting complex products to senior stakeholders
