Lead Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines and dashboards
• Build and maintain key performance metrics related to retention, churn, and engagement
• Identify data patterns and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience, preferably in a consumer company
• Strong quantitative fundamentals with a solid understanding of math and statistics
• Fluency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools
• Experience with subscription businesses and understanding of churn and retention metrics
• Comfortable with HIPAA-adjacent data handling practices
