Lead Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Analyst to work remotely, responsible for providing actionable insights for advertisers, leading analytics relationships, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating with sales teams to develop data-driven solutions using large datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to understand customer spending habits and competitive landscapes, crafting engaging analytic stories
• Lead the analytics relationship with key clients, presenting findings and influencing strategies based on insights
• Develop and standardize new analytic approaches for customer life cycle value and measurement plans

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, Loyalty Analytics, or Analytics Consulting
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Science, Market Research, or a related field
• Experience in leading projects and interpreting analytical results into actionable insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis
