A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Advanced Analytics in Remote, USA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build metrics and dimensions in data warehouse to support business decisions
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests in collaboration with Product Managers and Business leads
- Create new metrics and dimensions to measure the performance of products and align with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience with a degree in a quantitative field
- Experience in A/B experiments, statistical data analysis, and designing metrics
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one programming language
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry and customer experience measurement are a plus
- Minimum requirement of a BS/BA in CS or related field
