Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Advanced Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests in collaboration with Product Managers and Business leads
Define performance measurement metrics for products and business, aligning with stakeholders and prototyping metrics
Build high-quality ground truth data sets and dashboards to empower the team in answering data questions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's or Ph.D. is preferred
5+ years of industry experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R
Experience in designing and building metrics and data pipelines
Knowledge of the insurance industry and customer experience measurement is a plus
