Job Summary

Driving continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Lead Analyst, Automation will support the citizen developer community by coordinating automation projects, providing mentorship, and designing robust solutions in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating with citizen developers to ensure adherence to automation standards and providing project updates
• Leading technical upskilling initiatives and mentoring citizen developers to enhance their capabilities
• Overseeing the lifecycle of citizen-led projects, focusing on strategic alignment and execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in automation or technology roles
• Experience in coaching and mentoring technical teams
• Strong background in business process analysis and automation technology
• Familiarity with AI use cases and governance standards in automation
