Job Summary
Leading user acceptance testing and integration activities, the full-time Lead Analyst, Business Integration Testing in Individual Dental Operations will ensure vendor solutions meet acceptance criteria while driving process improvements and operational readiness in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of user acceptance testing scripts to validate vendor solutions
- Coordinate testing activities for strategic business initiatives, including risk identification and issue resolution
- Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for increased productivity and improved business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Three to five years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience supporting Individual & Family Plans (IFP) operations preferred
- Healthcare operations background in benefits, eligibility, claims, or related disciplines preferred
