Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst in Community Risk Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead reporting for data analysis teams and projects
Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations for clinical stakeholders
Identify data trends, make recommendations for improvement, and coordinate across functional teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred in Health Informatics, Public Health, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience, with some leadership experience recommended
Strong SQL and Tableau skills required
Experience with EMR and adjudicated claims data
Project Management skills a plus
