Job Summary
Driving the implementation of contracts and pricing strategies, the fully remote Lead Analyst, Contract Management will manage contract authoring, negotiation, and maintenance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective offerings for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Management and Offer Development to support contracting needs for top customer segments
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contract terms and conditions while facilitating internal contract approvals
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Legal, Offer Development, and Field Sales Organization to ensure compliance and efficiency in the contracting process
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a BS/BA, preferably in Business, Finance, or Sales & Marketing
- At least 4 years of experience in Contracting & Pricing or related fields within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or legal sectors
- Strong skills in drafting complex contract terms and conditions, with attention to detail and risk assessment capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, including track changes and document comparison
- Experience working within a matrix commercial organization is preferred
