Job Summary
Driving the detailed implementation of contracts and pricing strategies, the fully remote Lead Analyst, Contract Management will manage commercial contract negotiations, coordinate contract workflows, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in the contracting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Management and Offer Development teams to support contracting needs for top customer segments
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contract terms and conditions, facilitating internal approvals and resolving complex issues
- Design and implement systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of the contracting process while maintaining compliance
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a BS/BA degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Sales & Marketing
- At least 4 years of experience in Contracting & Pricing or related fields within the medical devices or pharmaceuticals industry
- Strong ability to draft complex contract terms, assess risks, and understand Orthopaedic products and business objectives
- Proficiency in MS Word, particularly with track changes and document comparison features
- Experience in a matrix commercial organization, collaborating with field sales teams and financial profitability
