Lead Analyst Contract Management

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Lead Analyst Contract Management will drive the implementation of contracts and pricing strategies, manage commercial contract negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Management and Offer Development to support contracting needs for top customers
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions in commercial contracts while facilitating internal approvals
• Develop and maintain relationships with Legal and other stakeholders to enhance the contracting process and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of a BS/BA degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Sales & Marketing
• At least 4 years of experience in Contracting & Pricing or related fields within medical devices or pharmaceuticals
• Strong ability to draft complex contract terms and assess risks while understanding business objectives
• Proficiency in MS Word, including track changes and document comparison
• Experience in a matrix commercial organization is preferred
