Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Lead Analyst Contract Management will drive the implementation of contracts and pricing strategies, manage commercial contract negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Management and Offer Development to support contracting needs for top customers
- Draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions in commercial contracts while facilitating internal approvals
- Develop and maintain relationships with Legal and other stakeholders to enhance the contracting process and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a BS/BA degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Sales & Marketing
- At least 4 years of experience in Contracting & Pricing or related fields within medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Strong ability to draft complex contract terms and assess risks while understanding business objectives
- Proficiency in MS Word, including track changes and document comparison
- Experience in a matrix commercial organization is preferred
