Lead Analyst, Deal Desk

Job Summary

As a fully remote position, the Lead Analyst, Deal Desk will develop comprehensive offers including products, pricing, and compliance requirements for Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Electrophysiology division, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and protect business margins.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development of detailed offers while adhering to contracting strategies and price matrices
• Manage SharePoint databases and repositories, ensuring accurate documentation and version control
• Identify areas for improvement in systems, processes, and interactions related to offer development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years in Pricing, Contract Management, or related functions
• Experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Power Apps and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven solutions in a time-sensitive environment
