Lead Analyst, Digital HEDIS
Job Summary
Leading the implementation of the quality department's digital HEDIS strategy, the remote Lead Analyst, Digital HEDIS will manage data capabilities, automate reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance quality metrics and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage reporting workflows and document processes
- Lead medical trend studies related to quality initiatives and identify data improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure digital readiness and enhance clinical data ingestion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical/quantitative field; Master's Degree preferred
- 5 - 8+ years of relevant professional work experience
- 5+ years of experience in managed care/healthcare analytics
- Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and Medicare Stars
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced experience with relational database applications
