Lead Analyst, Forecasting Management

Job Summary

To drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health across the go-to-market organization, the full-time Lead Analyst, Forecasting & Pipeline Management will establish a structured forecasting cadence, lead pipeline reviews, and ensure pipeline hygiene while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and formalize the forecasting cadence, process, and operating model
• Lead pipeline review and inspection cadences with Sales leadership, analyzing pipeline health and identifying gaps
• Develop reporting on pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and performance trends, translating data into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Sales Analytics with experience in forecasting processes
• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics such as coverage, conversion, and velocity
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce (SFDC) required, Clari preferred
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
