Lead Analyst, Healthcare Analytics

Job Summary

As a strategic leader in the Customer Insights organization, the full-time remote Lead Analyst, Healthcare Analytics will drive complex analytic engagements, develop innovative methodologies, and influence analytic strategy to enhance population health outcomes and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one analytics engine and oversee analytic quality standards
• Develop and implement innovative analytic methodologies through DBT engines while partnering with product and engineering teams
• Act as an internal and external thought leader, representing analytic capabilities at customer meetings and industry events

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, particularly in population health or value-based care analytics
• Demonstrated experience in analytic leadership and strategy within client advisory roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT, along with experience in data visualization
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-level analytic programs
• Strong business acumen with the capability to influence decisions through data insights
