Lead Analyst in Advanced Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst in Advanced Analytics/Data Science for a year-long remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests in collaboration with Product Managers and Business leads
• Define performance measurement metrics and align with stakeholders to prototype metrics through custom data pipelines
• Build high-quality ground truth data sets and dashboards to facilitate quick data question responses

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in analytics and data science
• Strong knowledge in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or R)
• Experience in A/B experiment analysis and statistical data analysis
• Degree in a quantitative field; a Master's or PhD is a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry and customer experience measurement is a plus
