Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant investment or analytical experience
• CFA designation or progress toward it is preferred
• Broad investment knowledge across asset classes
• Familiarity with analytical tools like Morningstar or eVestment
