Lead Analyst, Operational Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Analytics & Forecasting, Lead Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various insurance operations teams to understand processes and data needs
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to provide insights for improved efficiency and new opportunities
• Develop and refine forecasting models for key insurance metrics and communicate results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines property and auto insurance
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Experience in building and refining predictive models using Python or R
• Experience in developing forecasting tools and comprehensive monitoring frameworks
• CPCU or equivalent insurance designation preferred but not required
