Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Operational Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner with Underwriting leaders to define priorities and influence decisions
Lead the development of analytical frameworks and performance dashboards for underwriting strategies
Evaluate the underwriting pipeline to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, operations strategy, consulting, finance, or related fields
Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data storytelling and insights
Track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
Strong business acumen connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS Analytics, etc.) is a plus
