Lead Analyst, Orthopedics Data & AI
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Orthopaedics sector, the full-time Lead Analyst, Orthopedics Data & AI will manage end-to-end analytical and AI enablement workstreams, ensuring data quality and delivering predictive solutions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and govern customer data assets, ensuring data definitions and quality monitoring
- Prototype and evaluate generative AI use cases to enhance commercial enablement
- Define and standardize KPI frameworks, translating business needs into actionable data models
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing/customer analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets
- Proven experience with Alteryx Designer for data workflow automation
- Strong knowledge of Orthopaedics products and customer profiles
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and recommendations
