Lead Analyst, Player Analytics

Job Summary

Owning growth and player behavior analytics, the full-time Lead Analyst, Player Analytics will partner with various teams to drive player engagement and retention through data-driven insights, working remotely in a high-visibility, self-directed role.

Key responsibilities

• Execute analytics initiatives focused on player growth and long-term retention in collaboration with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and VIP teams
• Manage end-to-end analytics on bonus programs, optimizing structures for player value and ROI
• Analyze player behavior to uncover engagement patterns and translate findings into actionable product recommendations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in gaming, sports betting, or consumer products with behavioral data
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
• Strong SQL skills, including advanced concepts like window functions and complex aggregations
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, and statistical significance
• Familiarity with ML concepts and hands-on experience applying AI tools to analytics workflows
