Lead Analyst, Portfolio Management
Job Summary
Managing portfolio governance and execution, the full-time Lead Analyst, Portfolio Management will coordinate initiative intake, prioritization, and progress tracking while working remotely in Poland during specified hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. CET.
Key responsibilities
- Manage portfolio activities, including milestones, risks, and status updates for assigned initiatives
- Support portfolio intake and governance processes while maintaining visibility into portfolio performance
- Coordinate high-priority initiatives and special projects, ensuring follow-through on commitments and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, or related fields
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives and portfolios
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
