Lead Analyst, Real World Evidence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Real World Evidence (RWE) to lead projects and provide programming and analysis support for Real World Evidence projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide programming support for the analysis of real-world data from various sources
• Contribute to the development of programming specifications and validate analysis outputs
• Communicate project status updates and identify processes to enhance productivity and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computers, Engineering, or Life Sciences
• 5-7 years of RWE analysis experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with EHR/Claims databases and proficiency in SAS and SQL programming
• Ability to communicate RWE study results clearly to cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
