Lead Analyst, Risk Adjustment

Job Summary

To support enterprise risk adjustment predictive analytics, the full-time Lead Analyst, Risk Adjustment will design and develop tracking systems, assist in intervention strategy analytics, and facilitate data analysis in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the development of tracking systems for risk scores and intervention outcomes across various lines of business
• Conduct data analysis and reporting related to managed care data, including claims and financial metrics
• Collaborate with interdepartmental stakeholders to establish business requirements and provide training to team members on processes and solutions

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with complex SQL queries and data design, including experience with Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI
• Experience analyzing complex data for financial and performance management metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional projects
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to communicate complex analytical results to non-technical audiences
