Lead Analyst, Test Planning

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Lead Analyst, Test Planning will enhance product quality and testability, refine QA methodologies, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Development teams to define product and technical requirements focused on testability
• Author test strategies and plans, developing detailed test cases and overseeing their execution and automation
• Lead defect resolution processes and mentor junior Quality Assurance Engineers to promote continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Quality Assurance or related fields
• Experience in refining QA methodologies specific to the media technology sector
• Proficiency in authoring test strategies and plans
• Ability to lead technical reviews and defect resolution processes
