Lead Analytics Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analytics Data Analyst to join their analytics team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer analytics solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Tableau for clinical and operational decision-making
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating their needs into scalable analytics solutions
• Contribute to the design of analytics best practices and lead or mentor other analysts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or business intelligence roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience is acceptable
• Expertise in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau
• Experience working directly with business users or clinicians to define requirements
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, warehousing concepts, and modern data architecture
