Lead Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a new Partner Relationship Management system, focusing on design, architecture, and long-term ownership
• Develop backend-focused full-stack features, including database design, REST APIs, and a lightweight UI
• Establish early engineering workflows and contribute to technical decision-making and team hiring

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience with strong technical skills and engineering fundamentals
• Experience building full systems end-to-end, including databases, APIs, and web UIs
• Experience with Rust is a significant plus
