Lead Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Lead Analytics Engineer is a full-time position responsible for setting the technical direction of data analytics architecture, managing AI-powered analytics, and collaborating with senior business leaders to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage analytics architecture, ensuring well-modeled, query-ready datasets
• Lead the development of AI-powered analytics solutions and establish standards for BI dashboards
• Mentor team members and collaborate with various departments to shape data strategy and influence decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering at a senior individual contributor level
• Proven track record of designing end-to-end analytics platforms
• Expertise in SQL and strong experience with Python, Spark, and Airflow
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Hands-on experience in building AI-powered analytics solutions and familiarity with event-driven architectures
