Lead Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

As a Lead Analytics Engineer, the full-time remote position will design and build the data platform and pipelines for AI products, mentor engineers, and solve data integration challenges across structured and unstructured sources.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the data platform and pipelines that feed AI products
• Determine data storage and serving methods using OLTP databases, object storage, or Snowflake
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure the data platform meets their needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a data or analytics engineer with a focus on data platform design
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipelines and modeling
• Experience in evaluating and implementing data infrastructure
• Ability to effectively utilize AI coding agents in daily work
• Advanced problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
