Job Summary
Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time Lead Analytics Manager will extract insights from complex data, optimize performance marketing, and enhance data literacy across teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and standardize reporting across verticals, identifying discrepancies and developing a roadmap for improvement
- Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and enhance dashboard accuracy
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Advanced development skills in LookML or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Proven ability to manage reporting ownership and drive data literacy within teams
- Strong business acumen with a focus on understanding how assigned verticals generate revenue
