Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead Analytics Manager will own the reporting infrastructure across various business verticals, collaborating closely with teams to uncover insights and optimize performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and standardize reporting across assigned verticals, ensuring accuracy and business context
- Conduct retrospective analyses and uncover meaningful trends to drive business decisions
- Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance data literacy and ensure the effective use of reporting tools
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams to drive actionable insights from data
