Lead Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead Analytics Manager will own the reporting infrastructure across various business verticals while collaborating closely with teams to uncover insights and optimize performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and develop a standardized reporting roadmap
• Bridge business context with data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard standardization
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish strong working relationships with business teams to enhance self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Advanced proficiency in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy
• Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and performance optimization
