Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead Analytics Manager will own the reporting infrastructure for various business verticals, collaborating closely with teams to uncover insights and enhance data literacy in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reporting infrastructure and standardize dashboards across assigned business verticals
- Engage with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and ensure data-driven insights are actionable and understood
- Conduct retrospective analyses and connect data findings to business performance metrics and decision-making
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
