Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in animation production, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven experience in leading and optimizing creative team processes
• Solid understanding of 2D animation workflows and tools, such as Adobe After Effects
• Experience managing multiple creative stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello
