Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Apparel Designer to shape the creative vision behind their apparel team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision for graphics across all apparel categories
• Lead concept development for seasonal stories and culturally relevant campaigns
• Build and mentor a team of contract designers to maintain design excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing graphics for apparel brands focused on youth or entertainment
• Strong understanding of fabric treatments, print applications, and garment construction
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Procreate or CLO 3D is a plus
• Proven portfolio showcasing innovative graphic work on physical garments
• Experience collaborating in distributed teams across time zones
