Lead Appian Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Appian Developer will design and implement features using the Appian low-code platform, collaborate with Agile teams, and mentor junior developers while ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Envision, design, and implement new features based on the prioritized product backlog using the Appian platform
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with functional teams to ensure developed features meet end-user requirements
• Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and deliver presentations during Sprint demos to clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or other IT-related degree
• Certified Appian Lead Developer
• At least 8 years of experience in designing and implementing digital low-code solutions using Appian
• Strong Appian development and debugging skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government's Public Trust security clearance
