Lead Application Developer

Job Summary

Providing technical and management leadership for large-scale application modernization initiatives, the full-time Lead Application Developer will oversee application architecture, ensure SDLC compliance, and lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define project goals and technical strategies aligned with program objectives
• Oversee application architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Manage technical teams, including staffing and performance oversight

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in application development and architecture
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical teams and initiatives
• Experience managing full lifecycle application development in complex environments
• Experience interfacing with clients and senior leadership on technical delivery
