Lead Application Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise applications, the full-time Lead Application Developer will oversee the software development lifecycle while ensuring compliance with federal standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily development activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of mission-critical systems
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise application releases
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to Government Program Managers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience as a Software Developer in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or Task Lead on federal IT programs
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web technologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Background Investigation (Public Trust or higher)
