Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Application Development Engineer who will design, develop, and implement complex enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on the development of application products and services delivery
• Ensure multiple products and services work together to meet business needs
• Oversee tier 3 application support activities and manage application upgrades and patches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Experience with Python, SQL, MongoDB, or event-driven architecture is desired
• Ability to manage people and technology changes effectively
• Experience in creating conceptual and detailed technical design documents
