Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare initiative, the remote contract Lead Application Development Engineer will focus on developing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, managing deployments, and providing technical leadership to enhance operational efficiency and automate business functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support Work Tracker modernization and reporting initiatives
- Provide technical leadership by managing deployments, supporting platform governance, and mentoring team members
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data quality and user experience across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management and solution deployment
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification
- Strong analytical and project management skills
