Lead Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Application Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of key security best practices across the R&D organization
• Contribute to an enterprise security catalog to enable secure implementation of features
• Ensure effective use of application security tools and integrate them into the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a software developer and 3-5 years in a security-focused development role
• Experience in software and product design, security issue prevention, and mitigation strategies
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Perl, and Python
• Practical experience with Docker and Terraform
