Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Application Support Engineer to oversee production support and reliability initiatives across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end application support across production and non-production environments
  • Design, implement, and optimize monitoring solutions using Splunk and Grafana
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure operational stability
Required Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of experience in application support engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Splunk, including writing complex SPL queries and creating dashboards
  • Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization concepts
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Shell, Bash, or PowerShell
