Lead Applications Administrator

Job Summary

Leading the technical design and administration of applications, the full-time salaried Lead Applications Administrator will oversee REDCap system functionality, collaborate with researchers to build databases, and provide user support and training, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the REDCap system, including software updates and patches
• Collaborate with researchers to design and build functional REDCap databases and surveys
• Manage user access and security, ensuring data integrity and compliance with institutional policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least six years of application administration experience
• Proven skills in fault identification, analysis, and troubleshooting in a multi-server environment
• Strong preference for Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
