Lead Applications Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Lead Applications Developer for a full-time hybrid position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications on AWS, utilizing cloud-native architecture and modern DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on AWS cloud-native architecture
• Build and manage AWS services including ECS, EC2, Lambda, and S3 while implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for automated builds, testing, and deployments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in backend frameworks like NestJS or Node.js
• Extensive experience with AWS services, including ECS, EC2, S3, and Lambda
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Terraform for infrastructure management
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab CI/CD
