Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, test, and deployment of AI solutions for document understanding in the legal domain
• Direct large-scale projects involving semantic chunking, document enrichment, and knowledge graph construction
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable software delivery across products

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or a related field, or a Master's degree with equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in building and deploying document understanding systems and NLP methods
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into AI applications
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks
• Publications at relevant conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, or NeurIPS
