Lead Architect - Master Data

Job Summary

To drive the global master data architecture strategy during the critical transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud, the full-time Lead Architect - Master Data will define and execute architectural designs for core data domains, ensuring data readiness and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the target-state master data architecture for the SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migration, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Lead the architectural design of Finance master data and establish standard data models for cross-functional data integrity
• Design the methodology for data cleansing and migration readiness, including defining data quality standards and validation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Data Architecture and Master Data Management (MDM)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, with a proven track record in full-lifecycle ECC to S/4HANA migration
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP BTP (Integration Suite), and SAP Datasphere
• Possession of at least one industry-recognized certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Master Data Governance or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
