Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Assessment Designer- Early Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review assessment items and tests, providing feedback to staff and contractors
• Drive innovation in test designs and product improvements based on industry best practices
• Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality while managing budget allocations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Education or a relevant field
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of combined teaching and test development experience focused on Early Learning (K-3)
• Preferred experience in Dual Language programs or with multi-lingual learners
