Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Associate in Financial Wellness Planning & Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to complex escalated calls, ensuring timely resolution in partnership with Supervisory Managers
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates on wealth management conversations and coordinate service requests
• Monitor call quality and complete Best Interest Profile Supervisory reviews while developing training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in financial services
• FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations required
• Five years of wealth management experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability in effectively handling client escalated issues
• Deep knowledge of wealth management and tax-exempt sales strategies
