A company is looking for a Lead Associate - Financial Wellness Planning & Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to complex escalated calls, ensuring timely resolution
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates on wealth management and service excellence
• Monitor call quality and complete supervisory reviews for Best Interest Profiles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in financial services
• FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations required
• Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval preferred
• Five years of wealth management experience preferred
• Ability to coach, train, and develop job-related resources
